I am unable to edit automated emails after applying inbound now pro plugin update in my http://www.ascmi.com.pt/wp wordpress site.
It remains waiting for reporting data and does not show the emails for editing.
I want add the emails to my first automation rule.
Can you help on this?
Additional question: After applying the rule all existing members of the list will receive the sequence of emails or just the ones that come after?

I made sure that cron jobs are running and activated logs. Get the following error when tried to edit the automated email:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (Novembro 22, 2018 23:21) at position 0 (N): The timezone could not be found in the database’ in /home/vidanatu/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/inbound-pro/core/mailer/classes/class.statistics.sparkpost.php:136 Stack trace: #0 /home/vidanatu/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/inbound-pro/core/mailer/classes/class.statistics.sparkpost.php(136): DateTime->__construct(‘Novembro 22, 20…’) #1 /home/vidanatu/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/inbound-pro/core/mailer/classes/class.statistics.sparkpost.php(63): Inbound_SparkPost_Stats::get_sparkpost_inbound_events(‘396’, NULL, false) #2 /home/vidanatu/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/inbound-pro/core/mailer/classes/class.metaboxes.inbound-email.php(132): Inbound_SparkPost_Stats::get_sparkpost_webhook_stats() #3 /home/vidanatu/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/inbound-pro/core/mailer/classes/class.metaboxes.inbound-email.php(651): Inbound_Mailer_Metaboxes::load_statist in /home/vidanatu/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/inbound-pro/core/mailer/classes/class.statistics.sparkpost.php on line 136November 22, 2018 at 4:28 pm #134067
Changed the date format in wordpress options and works again. Solved.
Hudson, give me one.

Additional question still pending:
After applying the automation rule all existing members of the list will receive the sequence of emails or just the ones that come after?November 22, 2018 at 4:33 pm #134069
I made a test automation email on your site and it seems to work. We’ve had some issues in past versions released this week as I’ve added in support for EU D-M-Y timestamps but the latest version hopefully has solved them for everyone.
Here’s my test automation email:
Do you have a direct link I could check out, if you are still having issues?

This is another site. It is solved. See above.
Please answer the qjestion about automation. Do you any additional documentation or videos about automation?November 23, 2018 at 2:23 pm #134078
I do have documentation here and there concerning using automation to do things.
“After applying the automation rule all existing members of the list will receive the sequence of emails or just the ones that come after?”
If you set up an email send action and you select to send to a list, it will send to that entire list.
Automation rules set to fire when a new lead is created should theoretically never send to a list, and always send directly to a lead.
Here’s a tutorial on how automation can be used to automatically notify lists of new post material:

This an example to a diferent trigger.
I am creating a rule for sending 5 daily emails for each new newsletter subscriber.
The rule trigers but does not send the emails.
Trigger Filter Evaluation say it is blocked. What this means?
What is Defer Processing?
You should provide a user manual to use all possibilities. We cannot be guessing.
So the rule does not work. What do i do now?
I am sending my definitions attached.

I took a look at your rules and the reason it’s blocked is because the data string being targeted in the filter has two lead lists associated with it, and the value is also in JSON format. Change the ‘Equals’ setting to ‘Contains’ and that will make it search the string for the ID 17. https://www.screencast.com/t/E6FlVsy6D
Not the best design but it does get the job done.
Once you switch that, the rule should work for you.November 23, 2018 at 5:41 pm #134085
Now it’s working and the first email arrived.
Talking about the design, do you have any suggestions to improve it?
I think the best way to quickly creating useful user information is through videos examples in you youtube channel.
Thanks you for your quick response.

I have tons of ideas for improvement, but Inbound Now does not have much for resources, so any new additions come very slowly. One day I’ll rebuild it under a new brand and retire this operation. That’s still a ways off though.
