I’m just curious if there is a way to trigger automation if someone that’s already in the lead database hits a page but doesn’t fill out the form on it. I’d like to send out a “Why didn’t you?” email for those people.
We’d have to add in a hook that runs with every page view, We’d have to create a trigger definition that runs every time this hook is fired.
And then a rule that listens to every page view related to our target page, that checks if the visitor is a lead, and then waits 30 minutes and then checks to see if a lead has submitted a form on that page and if they have not then send them an email, which would also require us to create custom rule action we had to create.
