We have been using InboundNow leads/forms for a couple of months there appears to be a problem with the updating of the List Performance table. See attached screenshot.
Note, there have been “3 Leads” today all of which were added to the “Review Plymouth” List but the table only has 1 new lead. Equally the majority of the 12 leads for the “This Month” should appear as Leads in “Review Plymouth”.
What is the reason the table is not being updated?

Hi it’s been awhile since I visited this component. When you look today, does the list show the 4 new additions? If it does it could be a timezone conflict, and there’s a delay.
Also I’m willing to study onsite if the stats are not making more sense today.February 4, 2018 at 12:39 pm #132159
We appear to have additional errors: not all the New Leads are being recorded in the database but admin emails are being received.
See attached screenshot from this evening but we have received 4 emails from people completing forms on the site during the day today.

Are your form fields correctly mapped?
Also, can you check your Lead settings to see if Akismet filtering is turned on? If you are running Akismet plugin and have this setting enabled it will filter bad email addresses, but you should not be getting the email.
Also do you have access to your PHP error logs for review just in case there’s documented failures happening?

We have just had another batch of forms being completed which have not updated the “List Performance” table but have updated the “Lead Performance” graph and “Latest Leads” list.
Sorry, I do not have access to the PHP error logs, or rather I don’t think so!

Taking a look onsite. I think I have confirmed the issue. But on my other installs the feature is working.
I am wondering, are the list adds not showing up, manually added?
I also looked inside your database to your list add events and every single event has the lead id 8388607. There’s no lead with lead add events besides that lead. I checked and that lead is not in the system anymore.

I think I made some headway. It seems the number 8388607 was recurring because that was as high as our database store value could go. I increased the size of the integer to a much larger number and now the stats are storing correctly.
I was surprised to see this happen, never expected it to, but very grateful to know it can happen.
Starting from now you should see correct behavior. Will you run your tests too against mine?

Thanks for the update.
I can see your test posts, associated log and can confirm the List Performance appears to increase.
I am not sure why the Lead List “HTEST-delmelater ” has 2 new leads, as I would only have expected to see one?
Over the coming week, we will test all the InboundNow forms and I will update this ticket with the results.

I deleted one of the leads, it should still be there in the trash.
