Is it possible to configure new subscribers as WordPress users? The goal here is to have new subscribers added to a list and made a member of the website. A notification message is received by the admin on new subscriptions. This list is to be synched with a Constant Contact list.
Is this done using the Marketing Automation component? If so is this component not included in the membership?

    Thanks

I see the Automation option. Oversight on my part!

Very cool. Sometimes I forget what this setup can do!

Apologies but is it possible for new subscribers to be added as WordPress users automatically? If so is this done using the Automation and if so where? In looking I don’t see a rule to add a new lead as a member.

    Thanks

Hi I just checked and it doesn’t look like this option exists at the moment.

It’s something that can be added in, but not immediately. If you have a developer at hand I can guide them on how to do it. Otherwise there would be a few weeks wait.

I managed to have a free moment today so I coded this in. Will you give it a try? You’ll have to download the latest development branch here:
