We’ve a refund request form directly within you account area in the ‘Getting Started’ tab.
I just added it in it’s own tab to prevent this situation in the future:

Concerning the refund I’m happy to help process. I looked your email up that’s registered here at the support forum and couldn’t find a payment record for it. Will you share with me privately the email address on record at the main site so I can find the correct payment record and reverse it?
