Hi Guys, when you click on the first pricing plan for $99 it puts the item in your cart twice, I tested this and it was the case in both events, then once you remove it and complete purchase there is now a duplicate as per the attached screenshot.
Then the fun and games start trying to get support./….. it is not a great experience as you get messed around with the system not wanting to register you if you using the same user datils as your main inboundnow.com account, I really had to fiddle to get to this stage.
I agree the support site being a seperate WordPress instance from the main site is not ideal, but we’re bound to the current support system for now. You made it though! Now that we’ve opened coms it should be easy from here on out.
I tried to replicate the issue in a couple of different ways and couldn’t get the 99 starter package to add twice. I believe you though. I tried with Chrome and with FireFox. In both cases only one line item was added. Very strange.
I did see two payments under your name. One was marked pending and the other complete. Both payments gave conflicting information. I ended up canceling both and refunding your PayPal. Will you go through the purchase process again after clearing browser cookies?
When it comes to eCommerce issues we’re powered by 3rd party software so they can be troublesome to debug when the issue can’t be clearly replicated. As it stands now I’m not quite sure what happened.
