Hi, I have 4 landing pages like this: http://www.cevavet.com.br/materiais-tecnicos/micobacteriose-felino-tratado-marbopet/
I configured and saved in each form that the lead should be added to a specific list. Its saved and showing the lead list. But when I test, its not adding to the list lead that I assigned.
I discovered that I have to remove the lead list and add it again, and then it works.
But Im sure that this is some kind of bug, and it would be very difficult to my client to understand that he has to remove and add it again each time he creates a new form. If you want I can share credencials for you to look.
Thanks.August 6, 2018 at 4:54 pm #133461
Hi when Inbound Forms loads it requests an AJAX call to load the settings so there’s usually a good second or so delay before the settings load.
I just checked my local installation to see if the problem was repeatable but it looks like the first saved list did load on the second refresh.
I think there might be two possibilities. One is that the ajax request timed out and the list didn’t load. Another possibility is that the ajax call failed due to a JS error somewhere.
For that we could check the web browser console. We could screenshot them if they are.
Have you confirmed that this happens more that once / everytime for you?August 6, 2018 at 5:49 pm #133462
I tested again, and continue the same issue.
I created a new form, created a new list lead and tested.
Please watch the video: https://youtu.be/TlE4BwUKei0
And I also attached two screenshots with errors, one of them when I select a model of the form and the other one after I assigned a new lead list.

I notice one AJAX request had a 500 error. It’s possible the PHP error logs will have details about why it failed. Do you have access to your PHP error logs? If so could you paste the contents here for review? Privately is okay.
If we can’t find a clue I’ll log on and test to see what I can find, although I do not thing it is a bug that will affect all users.
One thing I am noticing after watching your video (thank you for that) is that field mapping isn’t being applied when a starting template is selected. The lead won’t be created unless an email field is mapped, so it makes sense that the lead list also is still showing zero.
Think that could be it? I’ll mark it down to add in a fix before next release.

Hey my friend found an issue that might be the cause of the experience you are facing. We’ve a fix in the dev files that will be available next release.
(strange though I could not reproduce the problem locally or on your site.)
Here’s our latest development files if you would like to download, manually overwrite your current Inbound Pro files, and test if our fix is the final nail in the coffin:
Otherwise new release should arrive within the next two weeks.August 8, 2018 at 5:18 pm #133479
I appreaciate your effort. Thanks!
I will be looking forward for the update!
