Hello I am a new subscriber. I do not understand if my account shows up on the wordpress dashboard. When i try to click on the Landind pages it takes me out of the wordpress to inbound.com account and asks me to upgrade. I have already upgraded and paid $99. I have lost 3 days in going back and forth. Again sending this request has taken a full day as it intially did not accepy the user name and password. I kept on changing the password thinking that I am doing something wrong till I realized that you need a separate user name and pasword for the support questions. Weird.
Can some one respond to me or I may have to ask for a refund. I cant imagine this kind of service during a trial period. Even though I upgraded to the 5 sites, my wordpress is still asking me to upgrade.

It seems that you have purchased the subscriber plan but are still using the basic plugins. In your account area on https://www.inboundnow.com/account there is a ‘downloads’ tab where you can download the Inbound Pro plugin.
After downloading install it into your WordPress instance as a plugin. This should deactivate the basic plugins you have been using. After that take your API Key provided in your account area and add it to your plugin settings located at wp-admin->inbound-pro->settings.
The ‘upgrade to pro’ cta at the top left of this support location is a general advert. It doesn’t take into consideration current user status because the support forum and the main site are on separate WordPress instances.
If at any time in 30 days you would like a refund, I understand and will honor it. Time is precious. I can also bend the policy if needed depending on customer.
