I received two emails for a new lead from one of our forms on 2/27/18, both with the same user details so I assume they are just duplicate notifications. When I click the view lead button on the notice, it returns no lead with that name or email address. I log into the admin and check the leads and he’s not listed there either. I’m not quite sure what happened. We’ve had many other users submit this form with no issues. Can you please help?
I sent you that one and another that I just received today. I believe you have access to the admin of the site already. Let me know if you don’t have it and I can reset the password or just send it to you.
I just tested it myself after making some adjustments to the contact form7 forms I’m using to fix redirect after submission errors but it still did not work. The leads are just not showing up. I’m running version 184.108.40.206 on WP 4.9.4.
I just did a round of tests and my leads made it through on mobile and browser. It could be that there is divice/browser issue with the lead. Or the server it’self experienced a throttle or timeout. Do you have access to your PHP logs? I may can find a clue in there.
Also, if you don’t mind, what’s your hosting provider and package? It may be resource related.
Disregard those logs. I see they are the access logs now. Sorry, I haven’t had enough coffee yet. LOL I don’t actually see anything in my cPanel error logs. I’ll see if support can get them for me and send to you.
