    Dear inbound now team,

    I found out, that the current mailpoet integration with data submission seems not to work proper, as the collected emails are properly submitted but the first and last names were not filled out within mailpoet subscriber profile. That is why I am unable to personalize the newsletters currently.

    Hi Alex,

    Are you using MailPoet2 or MailPoet3?

    We only have a support extension for MailPoet2.

    I’ll go check it out if you are in fact using 2.

    What version Inbound MailPoet extension are you using? I’m looking at the latest code and it should be pulling in lead first and last name when adding a MP subscriber.

    My version is 1.0.9.

    Hi Hudson,

    I have changed the email accordingly.

    I also checked the IP block of your IP but there is no block to be found within WP all in one security plugin. If you get blocked, you get the possibility to send an unlock request by using your email.

    P.S. If you still getting issues with IP block I will temp deactivate the all in one security plugin, but this may cause then a protection issues.

    I have dropped the WP all in one security plugin in my plugin_off folder so it shall working for you now.

    Hi Alex,

    I managed to find the cause of the problem and am pushing my change into Leads 3.2.3. Which should be available for updating soon.

    After updating will you let me know if this has solved the problem?
