Hey… been using a landing page with a form… noticed my leads are not posting to the list I instructed the form to post to… what’s up with that? They’re gone… not being recorded anywhere other than in an email I receive. Can you provide some direction here? Thanks.

    Hi Brandon,

Did you set the field mapping?
    http://docs.inboundnow.com/guide/map-inbound-now-form-fields/

An email field has to be mapped in order for the leads to make it into the Lead database. I think/believe this might be the problem.

Still not going to lead lists… yes, the fields are mapped (I even re-mapped them just to be sure), and set up constant contact so the info would go there as well. I tested it once with my email and it worked… then it stopped working again. I received a notification email that someone filled out the form yesterday, but I go to leads and they’re not there, plus not in my constant contact list that I’ve selected in the form setting.

So I’m using inbound forms on an inbound landing page —> leads program and Constant contact to do a drip campaign, or at least that’s my goal. Should I use the constant contact for wordpress plug-in instead? I assume the api is for CC is working because I can select my list names that are set up in constant contact in the inbound forms setup. I don’t understand why it’s not updating… quite frustrating. I’ve had 27 people fill out the form, but only 4 are on the list. Thank goodness I’m getting the notification emails, otherwise this wouldn’t work at all.

On a different note, I see in the dashboard it says that the CC extension requires 3 keys now, but there are still only two “key” areas in the extension settings pane… what’s up with that?

Let me know what I should do here… thanks.

Hi Brandon sorry it took me so long.

I checked onsite and created a form and connected it to CC and my leads stored and were added to the list. I also checked out your form “Call for Knee Appointment” and it stored the lead and added the list.

I’m not sure if my tests were added to Constant Contact.

I also used your feedback to improve our notice. We only need the two keys, not three.

Will you show me how to replicate your issue 100%? Which form to use? Is it only not working on the frontend? If so can you send me a link to the frontend site?

    Hey Hudson,

So when in the backend, the test works just fine. It’s the front end where nothing is getting posted. Here are the URLs for the landing pages… these forms are not posting to the lists, and are not relaying the info to Constant Contact.

    Knee Pain Creve Coeur:

    Knee Pain Alton, IL:

    Thanks.
