    We appear to be having a problem with the recording of new leads details in the database.

    – The Lead is completing an Inbound Form
    – The Administrator is receiving email confirmation of the form being completed
    – The Data is not being recorded in the Database
    – A record is being made on the Inbound Form Conversion tab

    What have we done wrong that might be causing this incorrect recording of data?
