As well I use mailpoet 2 with Inbound Extension – MailPoet Integration. You can’t do this with the basic Leads plugin though. See here for Inbound Pro information: http://inboundnow.com/upgrade And once you’ve created a new mappable field you can map your Inbound Form field directly to it: http://docs.inboundnow.com/guide/map-inbound-now-form-fields/ These guides should get you set up with collecting and storing fields like Gender and any other non-default-provided field.
