Thanks Hudson. That’s interesting. I still can’t get it to work here when logged in as administrator or when going in ‘cold as a general user so it must be something I’m doing here. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache (Chrome)and I have a customer in Holland who is experiencing the same problem. ANy other suggestions for things I might check? I’ll have another look later today and get back to you if I need more help.
I have checked again with two browsers and different email addresses. The form is redirecting to the ‘subscribe’ page not the ‘free trial’ page as indicated on the form settings. I know your test worked ok on your system but I guess there must be an internal link in your system to make the conversions work so could you please check that for me? Could that have corrupted? All was working fine a week ago.This is driving me crackers as I have a potential customer in Holland getting rather irate that my ‘free offer’ doesn’t work. Help much appreciated.
Looks like the issue is narrowed down to s2MemberPro plugin. I disabled it and the redirect works on Chrome and FireFox. With it on I was redirected to the subscribe page after form submission. On the surface I can’t tell why it would do that though.
I recommend opening a paid work order with Codeable for plugin conflict solutions.
Another route you could take is to not use Inbound Forms, and try using Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms 3, or Gravity Forms + one of our related premium integration assets. This may help solve the redirect conflict without having to replace s2Member.
There could also be an s2Member setting you could change to fix this, and it’s possible s2Member developers could have more insight as to why this might be happening.
