I want to redirect to a ‘thank you’ page on inbound form completions. But it does not work on completion. Any Suggestions? I already downloaded and activated the extension but there is a red cross near the MailChimp list name. Any help? the screenshot is in the attached file. Is it possible I could review a live page where the issue occurs? About MailChimp, it’s possible your API connection needs review. Will you return to your API key setup inside of Leads->Settings->Extensions and make sure the API Keys are correctly setup? http://docs.inboundnow.com/guide/mailchimp-setup/ Kind regards, Hudson Atwell January 11, 2018 at 8:49 am #132050 cancoktugParticipant This reply has been marked as private. January 11, 2018 at 2:09 pm #132053 Hudson AtwellKeymaster Hi I ran a test and it seems the from redirects to a blank page. I do not know why it would do this. First I recommend checking for a theme/plugin conflict: To test for a theme conflict: Activate default Twenty Ten, Eleven, Twelve, or Thirteen theme Check to see if the issue still occurs If the issue does not occur after having activated the default “Twenty” theme, your theme is causing a conflict with the Inbound Now Plugin we are testing. To test for a plugin conflict: Deactivate ALL plugins Activate Inbound Now Plugin we are testing. Check to see if the issue occurs If the issue does not occur, one (or more) of your plugins is causing a conflict with the Inbound Now Plugin of topic. To determine which plugin(s) is causing the conflict, follow these steps: Activate each plugin one by one Check to see if the issue occurs after each plugin is activated Then I recommend checking your PHP error logs and pasting the contents here for review. You might also be able to find out if there are PHP errors by enabling WP_DEBUG and then testing the form submission. Maybe errors will show that will tell us more about what is going wrong. http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG ttys, Hudson January 16, 2018 at 12:55 pm #132062 cancoktugParticipant This reply has been marked as private.
