When opening many of the Inbound Forms I am getting the following error: 414 Request-URI Too Large<br/>nginx what can I do to fix this error? Chris Christopher Hilling SpaDental group March 12, 2018 at 7:48 pm #132406 Hudson AtwellKeymaster Hi Chris, This error message usually appears when too many fields have been created for an Inbound Form, eg: it’s used as a long quote or survey form. Is this true for you case? Alternatively, what hosting provider are you using? Kind regards, Hudson Atwell March 12, 2018 at 8:24 pm #132408 cjchillingParticipant Evening Hudson, thanks for the reply. The form is quite long, see: https://www.spadental.co.uk/whitchurch/feedback/ but it is needs to contain all that information to comply with our reporting requirements to the National Health Service here in the UK. Our hosting provider is houxou.com where we have our own virtual machine just running my groups domains – relatively little traffic. I am sure we have most parameters amended on the VM if you know what is the problem. In this case I recommend moving off of our Inbound Forms and using a more robust form creation tool like Ninja Forms 3, or Gravity Forms. We provide integrations for both: https://www.inboundnow.com/market/ninja-forms-integration/ https://www.inboundnow.com/market/gravityforms-integration/ Those two are super powerful and can still be used to map lead fields if our extension is added. About a fix, I just don’t have the resources to provide a fix to this limitation with our Inbound Forms. I didn’t develop the component and it would require quite an overhaul.
