I am posting on behalf of a client of mine.
Their site uses the Inbound Now plugin for two landing pages that we are driving Google Ads traffic to.
AdWords regularly disapprove our ads with the message “destination not working”. It seems like the plugin is blocking Googlebot from crawling the page. I can view the page in my browser, but bots aren’t able to access the pages.
My client is at the point where he wants to completely move away from Inbound Now because of our ads being disapproved every couple of weeks. I do understand his point, since this is negatively affecting our Google Ads campaign and our account.
My advice would be to disable split testing for landing pages, that would disable the redirect that chooses which variation to serve the visitor. If you can’t do this, or if you can’t get Google to stop disabling the ad because of their automation systems not liking the redirect, it might be better to use a different split testing tool.
If your client uses a different tool for creating a landing page, our Leads, Automation & Mailer components could still be leveraged.
