just bought the ginger template, install it, created a new landing page, then choose the ginger template I bought as my template, at my back office everything look blank not as in the demo and also in the front office is blank page. in the back office no section for editing the page, please can you help. thanks
It sounds like the support plugin served with the Ginger template isn’t installed. This will provide the extra features Ginger needs to operate. This file should be available within your My Account area. Here’s our supporting documentation on the premium template support plugin we ship with our templates.
Side note: This support asset is auto-included for inbound now members running Inbound Pro.
