    Something seems to have gone wrong during an upgrade as we had various Extensions installed such as GeoIP and now they all look uninstalled. Looking at the extensions it appears they are all locked which shouldn’t be the case as we have invested in the Inbound Pro subscription.

    The page also is showing at the top now
    Inbound Pro has been installed!
    Inbound Pro requires an API Key to enable automatic updates and subscriber ready components.

    Please tell me how to get everything working again



    Fixed. It seems it lost the API key for some strange reason. Still its not clear to me what happened and how it may have impacted our processes

    Please let me know if you experience data loss again. It shouldn’t happen but sometimes crazy things happen.
