I’ve recently created a Full Contact account and added the API key. Some leads are populating with data from Full Contact while others are not. Yet, if I go into the Full Contact API Dashboard, there is data available for some of these same contacts. Any ideas?
We perform API calls to lookup lead FullContact details when the lead profile is opened. They limit free calls to 100 lookups per month. Maybe 250 lookups. It’s not real clear when looking at their site.
I’m looking at the code and can see some areas where it could use some logic improvement. Would you like to let me test onsite on one of the profiles that isn’t loading it’s data correctly? Maybe I could solve the problem or improve the code a bit to let us know what’s going wrong.
