Firstly I do not understand why I have only this support channel, and I have paid the advanced package of yours.

I am using the system in multisite, the problem is when I will fire the official email or test by a non-super-admin user.

Ex: When I am logged in as “super admin”, and I go to the link: https://teste0000.sitesitesitesite.com.br/wp-admin/post.php?post=832&action=edit and I trigger an email for the whole My list, and triggers a test, and even in automation everything works okay.

Now, when I am logged in as “admin”, or at what lower level, nothing works, the email arrives all unconfigured, nothing I wrote in the contents of the e-mai arrives, arrives in the email a 404 error page.

I’ve tried updating the plugin, wordpress and everything else and nothing works.

I would like the solution to be as urgent as possible.

    Thank you

    Hi Vitor,

Forum support is all the company can offer resource wise at the time. We do have a priority support package where we’ll log in and test onsite with email support.

To help try and figure out what’s going on, will you take a screenshot of your email setup and how it is failing? Do email previews work on both accounts? It could be that the subsite needs to have the permalinks refreshed.

    Kind regards,

Hello, how are you? Thank you for returning the email.

Look, remembering that I’m using the same link:

    ex: https://novo-geral.sitesitesite.com.br/wp-admin/post.php?post=810&action=edit

As a super admin user of a wordpress network everything works correctly, see!

With the email too, the content arrives correctly!

Now with an admin user, a simple user below super admin. Remembering that it’s the same link.

See that the email arrives all unconfigured, nothing that really is in the content is sent. It looks like a 404 error page.

Did you understand the problem that is occurring?

You must be logged in to view attached files.

Hi thank you for the clarification!

What happens if you preview the email in the browser, 1) as super admin and 2) as non-super admin?

Right now the error is not something I have seen before. Will keep looking at it with you. And just to confirm, you said you are testing the exact same email from the accounts?

It’s not the browser but the user … it’s some system permissions.

They are different users, a User is with ex: contato@site.com this is the super admin. Other support@site.com this is a simple server.

What’s up buddy? Everything worked! It was an incompatibility with a specific plugin!
Thank you very much for all specific support.

Very cool. Would you mind listing the plugin if it’s a popular?

    Very glad it worked.

Also, I do this at the end of every good ending customer support thread. Maybe you could help?

    Kind regards,
