Now, when I am logged in as “admin”, or at what lower level, nothing works, the email arrives all unconfigured, nothing I wrote in the contents of the e-mai arrives, arrives in the email a 404 error page.
I’ve tried updating the plugin, wordpress and everything else and nothing works.
I would like the solution to be as urgent as possible.
Forum support is all the company can offer resource wise at the time. We do have a priority support package where we’ll log in and test onsite with email support.
To help try and figure out what’s going on, will you take a screenshot of your email setup and how it is failing? Do email previews work on both accounts? It could be that the subsite needs to have the permalinks refreshed.
