I created an email newsletter and i am sending to my main list.
I received a message telling it was sending to sparkPost. The email is marked as sent.
The problem is that the emails are NOT arriving to list subscribers. When i finished creating the email i used send test and the email arrived to my inbox.
Need your help to solve this BIG problem.
When i thought about subscribing InboundNow Pro i did not expect to have a third tool to send emails. Hope you help me putting this to work.
Thanks and regards.

I think you need to build a quick fix to put your InboundNow Pro solution using my own email server. I was using Mautic and it works with it.November 12, 2018 at 11:39 am #133969
I subscribed to your automation solution and i expected that it will work without problems. I was using Mautic and i am full of tech conversation about lots of errors it still has. I don’t want to replicate that with InboundNow Pro.
You could not sell an automation solution that is dependent at third party email service without providing us all possible support.
I don’t know where you are located, but at this time on your day, this ticket should already be answered. How many persons are there ensuring that your customers are picking value from your InboundNow Pro automation solution?
I decide on InboundNow Pro over other good solutions in the market. I don’t want to have remorses on my decision.
Please give me help asap! You are delaying my project.
Thank you.November 12, 2018 at 1:04 pm #133971
Can we use the same SparkPost user for more than one site or should we have one SparkPost user for each site?November 12, 2018 at 4:20 pm #133972
Support hours are business days (not including weekends) with a response of 24 to 48 hours.
It’s only me here and I can only afford to work here part time.
Just a fair warning InbundNow will not see a new email service provider in it’s lifetime unless it’s client funded.
Did you check spam folder?
It could be that your WordPress’s cron system is not operational and the emails are not getting sent. That’s a hard one to advise customers on how to debug so if you would like, will you share temporary access credentials so I can take a look for you?

Can give information how check if cron job is active? Is it defined through CPANEL as i did for Mautic?November 12, 2018 at 5:50 pm #133977
i added in CPANEL cron jobs: /usr/local/bin/php /home/ascmico/public_html/wp -q wp-cron.phpNovember 12, 2018 at 6:43 pm #133979
Neither the cron job works neither you connect to my pc to help.
Can you provide the right cron job command and any additional procedures associated.
I suggest that you add instructions on how setup email in your InboundNow documentation.
If we cannot solve this quickly i would ask a refund for the Inbound Now license.
I need the license to work.
Inbound Now should improve product support.
Soory Hudson, this is not good service.November 12, 2018 at 10:39 pm #133980
This support channel does not offer TeamViewer support. I’m very sorry. It offers 24-48 hour replies on this public forum and sometimes I offer to look onsite using temporary wp-admin login credentials, although this level of support is usually reserved for Priority Support customer, who still have a 24 hour wait time between replies.
I’m still offering to login and check by the way. If you submit temporary login credentials please do it with the private option ticked so others cannot read your information. This is a public forum so it is possible other people will read whatever you post here.
I use this plugin to see if the cronjob is running:
If we verify that your WordPress cron is running healthily then the next issue to consider would be that there’s an issue with the database tables.
When I run into Inbound Pro installs that have trouble with email I usually run a database repair and then test again:
If you choose to continue and want me to look onsite to try and help figure out why it’s not working on your WordPress instance I’m happy to help.
If you want to request a refund, I’ll help there too.November 13, 2018 at 6:40 am #133983
Cron jobs are running. Did your repair data suggestion.
Created a new email newsletter and send it, programmed for a batch for today at 01:30 (lisbon time).
I am waiting for results.November 13, 2018 at 7:06 am #133984
No emails arrived till now neither information of them in Sparkpost.
Sparkpost is working but the emails are not being sent to there. I sent individual test emails that arrived at sparkpost and arrived to my email.
I am using your batch programming. Is it working?November 13, 2018 at 7:07 am #133985This reply has been marked as private.November 13, 2018 at 12:18 pm #133986This reply has been marked as private.November 13, 2018 at 12:33 pm #133987
