When you head into wp-admin->Inbound Pro->Settings and scroll down to to the setting where you’ve inputted your SparkPost API key. Do you see a message that says “Webhooks Created”? If not will you take a screenshot of what you see?
Also it could be a database table issue. It’s possible one of our table creation routines did not run. To see if this was the cause try running this repair routine and then another test campaign to yourself to see if it counts your open:
