I am having an issue where an email send remains in the “sending” status and never gets sent. When hitting send, I get the colorful “working” circle but that never goes away. When I leave that page, the email is in the list of emails but is always in “sending” and tells me to please wait.

Inside your Inbound PRO settings area, in the Mailer setup section, will you check to see what kind of datepicker is selected? If it’s not the HTML5 Datepicker will you change it to this and then re-define the date in your email setup area and try sending again?

The datepicker was set to HTML5. I tried changing it to jQuery and back again and that didn’t fix the issue.
I also noticed that we’re having a similar issue uploading lists. The list doesn’t upload and the status bar just hangs on 100%, the list remains unchanged.
These appear to both be recent issues. We haven’t changed anything on our end and I did try turning plugins on and off. Also, I tried using both Sparkpost and wp_mail, same issue with both (we’re now using wp_mail as default).

I’m super stacked today with client work so I might not be able to get to this until later tonight. I did however notice an issue when trying to send an email from Inbound Now last night and spent a few hours addressing it and testing all scenarios and releasing a newer version of Inbound PRO that reflects my changes.
If you get this message before this evening try updating Inbound PRO and giving your test email another run. It should work if the bug that was affecting me is the same bug you were experiencing.

Terrific, that update appears like it fixed the email issue.
I’m still having the issue with importing leads and hanging on the progress bar though. Not sure why, it always worked before and we haven’t made any changes on our end. This isn’t really a show stopper for us as we generate most leads within our lead gen forms, but if you have any ideas on that or a moment to take a look, that’d be much appreciated.

Looking at the CSV sample I noticed the records do not contain headers. Try adding labels to row 1 and then importing with comma set as the delimiter.

The email issue appears to have come back. I’m on the latest version of the plugin. Any thoughts/direction would be much appreciated.

Any more description? I just tested on site and it seems to have flipped over to a ‘sending’ status.
I also scheduled one for same time tomorrow. We’ll see if that comes through, but i am thinking it will.
Anything that helps reproduce the error helps.

Hm, that’s interesting. It worked fine in my send as well. Looks like I jumped the gun on this, my apologies.
