    Hi, I just purchased a PRO subscription and downloaded the zip file. I do not have an EMAIL menu item. Please advise

    I actually do see this option in another domain I own. Not sure why it isn’t showing in the original installation.

    Also, as I am in the email editor, I don’t see any options for adding custom fields/shortcodes to the email for personalization.

    Sorry to keep posting, but I began creating another email and now the actual email editor does not show up. I’ve attached a photo. It does, however, show up when I click to launch the visual editor. Clicking “switch templates” does nothing.

    Hi,

    No worries, there’s a learning curve with this outfit and the documentation could be better. I’m here to help.

    About the email template setup options not displaying, try looking at the top right of the screen for ‘Screen Options’ and making sure our template fields are checked to be revealed.

    If they are and they’re still not showing, there might be a plugin or theme conflict of some sort. If this is the case could you check for the theme/plugin conflict by following the guide below?

    To test for a theme conflict:

    1. Activate default Twenty Ten, Eleven, Twelve, or Thirteen theme
    2. Check to see if the issue still occurs
    3. If the issue does not occur after having activated the default “Twenty” theme, your theme is causing a conflict with the Inbound Now Plugin we are testing.

    To test for a plugin conflict:

    1. Deactivate ALL plugins
    2. Activate Inbound Now Plugin we are testing.
    3. Check to see if the issue occurs

    If the issue does not occur, one (or more) of your plugins is causing a conflict with the Inbound Now Plugin of topic.

    To determine which plugin(s) is causing the conflict, follow these steps:

    1. Activate each plugin one by one
    2. Check to see if the issue occurs after each plugin is activated

    I will continue testing by deactivating plugins. I tried changing themes with no difference. That’s a good thing because I’m using BeaverBuilder and want to stay with it.

    The issue does not occur when I select the “Simple Responsive” template. When choosing any other template the editor disappears.

    First off, adorable page. We (my house partner and I) love it. Bounce rate has nothing on an adorable yellow lab.

    Second off, you’re login page rocks. What did you use?

    Finally, I found the reason your email edit fields are not showing correctly and it’s because Advanced Custom Fields is network activated. Inbound Pro active subscribers have ACF5 included, and it’s not auto-loading bc ACF4 is detected.

    Is there a way you can disable Advanced Custom Fields on this sub-site or instead install Advanced Custom Fields Pro network wide. I can send it to you privately if needed since it’s licensed for use with Inbound Pro.

    Thank you for the compliment. I’m using Alter – White Label WordPress for the login.

    I’ve been working on a concept to replicate some marketing pages for a team of dog lovers that I work with (https://topdogsystem.net/hpc/). The idea is to find a platform to duplicate landing pages and provide a contact manager/autoresponder to each user. Thus, I need to use of ACF so that each site can be populated with custom user content. If you can supply the PRO version that would be great.

    I’ve found this endeavor to be very challenging as WordPress isn’t really built for this. If all goes well, I will need many instances of your software as I currently have over 100 people using my landing pages at the moment.

    Thanks again. I understand that your software won’t fit every need. Right now, it is the only WP solution I’ve found that will track email opens and website visits. I will continue to experiment with it and I appreciate your willingness to help. I don’t need a full featured CRM but just basic and reliable functionality.

    Trying to understand the automation process. I’ve attached two images. I’m using Gravity forms to grab the new lead and want that to trigger an email autoresponse.

    There are a lot of “define conditions” parameters that pop up and I don’t know which is right.

    For gravity forms, after running a test submission through the gravity form, try looking for a form_id option. That should contain the gravity form id of the submission which you can use for defining rules. Also form_name might be there as well.

    I see form_id as well as form_name but they contain no values. Each time I enter a test the form the trigger fires but is blocked. Would you be able to log in once again and check the process? You can use the same credentials as before.

    Great, I’ve sent the credentials once again via advanced support but forgot to include the name of the Gravity Form I’m working which is entitled “gravityinbound”.
