When I save an Email and fill a future date to publish the campain, I can’t open the email item again.
I found the error in debug log:
Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (30/01/2019 15:38) at position 0 (3): Unexpected character' in /nas/content/live/oniria/wp-content/plugins/inbound-pro/core/mailer/classes/class.metaboxes.inbound-email.php:1439 Type: PHP Fatal error File: /nas/content/live/oniria/wp-content/plugins/inbound-pro/core/mailer/classes/class.metaboxes.inbound-email.php
Can you fix this please?January 30, 2019 at 11:45 am #134367

Hi are you running the latest version Inbound PRO? If not please update and that should take care of it.
I’ve been having some trouble with different date time formats. If you are running the latest version and stills seeing the problem I can test onsite if you allow it. I’d need to see what datetime formats you are using to determine why the errors are happening.
What’s you country time GMT? Also What is your site’s datetime format? You should be able to discover this by looking in wp-admin->settings->general.January 31, 2019 at 4:15 am #134375
I’m using inbound PRO. I just updated to new verison (126.96.36.199), but the problem persists.
Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (31/01/2019 9:08) at position 0 (3): Unexpected character’ in /nas/content/live/oniria/wp-content/plugins/inbound-pro/core/mailer/classes/class.metaboxes.inbound-email.php:1452
My site is -3:00 GMT (Brazil).
Tell me your e-mail to register an account for you. So, you can access and see for yourself.January 31, 2019 at 5:04 am #134376
I tried to send e-mails directly, but it didn’t work too. The email view is stuck in statistics graphics, but no e-mail was sent.
These erros dispatch:
Undefined variable: errors
Type: PHP Notice Line: 709
Undefined variable: email_service
Type: PHP Notice Line: 572
When I test the e-mail, it works fins, but this happens when I dispatch malling for real…
So, Malling function is totally broken…February 2, 2019 at 5:12 am #134383This reply has been marked as private.February 5, 2019 at 10:33 am #134412
I narrowed it down to a conflict with our datepicker and the Enfold theme.
I couldn’t solve it, so I had to build a new feature—the ability to select a different datepikcer method.
I went ahead and set it up on your site here: https://www.screencast.com/t/6tUyt38yd
Officially, this alternative datepicker method will not be available until the next release.
