We are using the Inbound Now All in One plugin (free version) and we are making adjustments by adding some custom fields and I noticed in the documentation it talks about the ability to gather additional data on leads by adding an API key for Constant Contact, so I was going to follow the guide on getting this setup as the guide mentions it is free for up to 250 leads per month. However when I go the site to register an account to get the API key to input into the Inbound Now plugin, the site does not have anything listed for the free account or about the up to 250 leads. The only option I can find is for a “Trial” account which limits to 100 leads per month and does not specify if the trial is ongoing forever until you reach your limit or if it is limited to a set amount of time as well….
We would love to have this functionality but we only generate at most 50-60 leads per month at this time and we can not justify purchasing additional services at this time as we are already making large cut backs.
Can anyone assist with this or clarify, is the documentation just outdated and you no longer offer the free 250/month account? Or is there something I am missing?
I think the service you are mentioning is FullContact instead of ConstantContact.
Will you point me to the documentation that mentions 250? It needs to be updated.
The Full Contact trial does go on to renew every month. The way it works is, when it is active, every time we load a lead profile we poll Full Contact for additional information based on the given email. It works well. But the API calls to run out eventually if you view more than 100 leads in a month.
I use it on InboundNow.com and it’s nice. I don’t personally pay for more API calls, though some customers do.
Now, I went ahead and already set it up but we are not seeing any additional data coming from leads and our leads look nothing like what I have seen in multiple different pages, it still looks very generic with no location information or anything of the sort. Looking in the mysql db of the website, even the submitted user meta information is still very basic and generic, the reason I know this is because I have setup a trigger to copy the submitted lead data to another table in the database that our custom crm uses. Any idea why this is not working?
