Seems I solve one problem and get another. Although the CTA is finally showing properly the layout of the posts is now screwed up. There is a large gap in the second column that wasn’t there before. I contacted Avada and they suggested it’s problem with the CTA widget.

Disabling CTA Plugin removes the gap? Will you give it a test?

I took a look and I couldn’t ID that it was CTA’s fault. If you prove it I’ll take another look and see if I can find what’s causing the layout to break.

One last issue. The CTAs are showing fine but there is a large white space below them. My CSS viewer shows a height set of 500px which is causing all the white space; but I can’t find this setting anywhere in the CSS files for the CTA.

    Appreciate any help.

    Hi,

The height control should be located right here in the CTA admin edit screen:

Yes, that’s exactly where I thought it would be, but I changed it to 300px and the CSS still showed 500px, resulting in the white space. ??

Very good question. I am not sure. It should be that. It’s being added in the style html attribute so that means it’s being added inline via HTML or JavaScript.

I don’t have any CTA templates that hard set the height. Very strange. Try resaving the CTA a couple of times and also clearing cache if you are caching.

If none of those work please let me know and I’ll take a peek onsite if you like.

One of the CTAs was still set to 500px. Followed your suggestions and all good now. Thanks!
