I’m having a problem using this plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/tinymce-templates/ ) while running the Pro Version of Inbound. The “insert template” button as shown in the attached image does not show up in the Direct Mail feature of the Leads. My hope was to be able to pull in text to the Direct Mail editor as I’m able to do with other post types. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Off the top of my head I do not know why Gravity Forms button makes it there, but our marketing buttons and the tinymce templates button does not get added to that specific WYSIWYG.
Maybe, if you’re willing, you could send also a support request to the TinyMCE Templates developer and ask them what class name or id we could add to our containers to make sure their button shows. And I’ll update our code to make sure it gets included.
