Hi Komal, using WP-ADMIN->Leads->Bulk Actions should allow you to do it. First search your list 1, and then add them all to a new list, and then search for list 2 and add them to the new list as well. Finally search your 3rd list and add the new resultset to the combined list.
At the end your combined list will contain all three subsets.
Kind regards and looking forward to your feedback,
Hi Hudson, Thanks for replying, so I have tried it and I have found the final list that was made has some leads missing.
List A had 117 leads
and List B had 268 leads
On combining list a to list b, I should get 385 leads but instead I got 364 leads.
Then main list, List C had originally 957 leads, when I have combined List B with 364 leads to List C with 957 leads, I should get 1321 leads but I got only 1305 leads in final list after combining all 3.
Not sure what went wrong. I did exactly as mentioned.
It sounds like there was an overlap of users on lists. So some leads from List A already existed on List B, so in combining the two the entirety of A made it, but since some of the emails were already there (approx 21).
If the first is true then it also explains how the final list does not equal the total of all three lists separately (Approx 16 leads already exists in list C).
Please give it a check and let us know if that’s what happened or there are verifiable leads that did not make it through that should have.
