Hi I think I need help understanding a little more. Will you take a screenshot of the area you are using the shortcode in? I’m trying to determine if you have used the shortcode in an area it is not supported. And maybe see what it takes to add support if you are not.
Okay I get it. It turns out you are using a short code that is only designed to be used with our paid email component. Our double opt in system has to either use the default confirmation template (set up inside the lead list edit screen) or a custom email setup using our mailer component. I don’t think it will ever work inside a 3rd party form email.
Very sorry. I recommend using the default confirmation email provided. I think that’s the only option right unless you used PHP code to alter the email manually.
I’m sorry there’s no way. Our Contact Form 7 extension isn’t designed to include support with our double optin, only with storing leads via their forms. You’ll have to use our default confirmation email included with the plugin, or use our email component only provided to subscribers.
