I have a standard Inbound Now form set up on a website for users to register.
The form is functioning and recording registrations as leads but when I’m trying to use the bulk export function it isn’t exporting the corrcet data. When I select the same list in bulk export it duplicates some of the leads and doesn’t include others.
Is it possible you could privately share with me a screenshot of your search that’s generating the sample to export and a sample of the bad export file so I might can identify a bad pattern? It’s strange because 81 is below our 100 at a time batching system. So it’s one fluid batch and means it’s not likely the batch system is breaking or caching is interfering. Could the duplicate leads be trashed leads? That doesn’t account for missing leads though.
Thanks for the temporary access. I should be done now. I narrowed the issue down to the Post Types Order plugin (https://www.screencast.com/t/Iox9hv9e). It seemed to be causing trouble with our Bulk Export query results. After deactivating the duplicates disappeared. Will you confirm? I left it off.
Also I noticed you were running Inbound Pro with a full access API Key so I went ahead and deactivated Advanced Custom Fields plugin because we include the ACFPro (better) version for customers with a subscription. I also disabled Leads plugin because it’s also included in Inbound Pro.
