    From what I can tell, I have my automated email set up per all the instructions. But, when I post a new blog post, it’s still not sending out a notification. Are you able to take a look?

    Hi will you take a screen shot of your automation log details? Are the triggers being accepted or blocked?

    Also have you verified that emails are working by loading your automated email and sending a test email? The information it returns after a send should tell you if you have any email connection problems.

    Attached is a screen shot. One of the emails is my own so I should be receiving it, but did not when I posted a new blog post this past Friday.

    Thank you for the screenshot that helps narrow it down.

    Have you verified that emails are working by loading your automated email and sending a test email and making sure it hits your inbox?

    If it does then it might be an issue with automation not sending scheduled emails.

    To eliminate one possibility, will you check your wp-config.php file to make sure you do not have a DISABLE_WP_CRON constant set to true? For our emails to send the wp cron system has to be turned on. Sometimes it’s manually off for some reason.

    I tried to send a test email, but the “please wait – we are sending a test email” screen just sits there with the color wheel spinning.

    There’s no reference at all to WP_CRON in the config file.

    Hi, sorry for dropping the ball, this got by me.

    I just checked it out and it looks like the sending domain is not configured yet for SparkPost, which is something done on the SparkPost side:

    Looks like SparkPost needs two things corrected:

    Looks like you’ll need to make a new API Key with all the permissions selected and also configure your domain to send through SparkPost. It’s a Hoop but everyone has to do it these days.
