I tried to update the billing information but when I click on that link, it just takes me to the main account homepage. How do I update my billing info? Thanks! I went to renew the subscription but it now says: No such subscription: sub_B5HllaI1mZ6J1G I also got a notification that the subscription was canceled, even though there is a pending charge in my AMEX account? Please help! I don’t want any of the client sites to have problems. I’m very confused by this since I keep seeing AMEX alerts from Inbound but then Inbound says it isn’t getting payment? I think at this point repurchasing the Agency package is the thing to do.
