    Hello,

    I am getting notices that my monthly payments aren’t going through. I tried to update the billing information but when I click on that link, it just takes me to the main account homepage. How do I update my billing info?

    Thanks Hudson. I’m afraid I still need your help.

    I went to renew the subscription but it now says:

    No such subscription: sub_B5HllaI1mZ6J1G

    I also got a notification that the subscription was canceled, even though there is a pending charge in my AMEX account?

    Please help! I don’t want any of the client sites to have problems. I’m very confused by this since I keep seeing AMEX alerts from Inbound but then Inbound says it isn’t getting payment?

    Hi Joshua,

    I tried to manually reactivate it from within my eCommerce system and was unable to.

    I think at this point repurchasing the Agency package is the thing to do. You can keep your same API key and the instances should come onsite if they got knocked off.
