I am received my daily emails but i am receiving 3 times each one.
I saw the automation log but it has a short quantity of lines. My sending is not there anynore.
I just have one lead with my email. Also, i suppose that it should not allow lead duplicates.
What can be happening?
How can i check if the others are also receiving in triple like me?November 26, 2018 at 6:57 pm #134109
I have got a nice CSV from SparkPost.

What kind of email are you receiving 3 times? Is it a batch send to a newsletter? Or is it a new lead notification?
Is it possible that the emails are not the exact same?
You can test this further by sending a batch email to a list that has two of your email addresses in it.November 27, 2018 at 6:00 pm #134119
I created that automation that you already saw that was blocked.
it is sending a sequence of emails that you also did see.
For me it is sending three times the same email of each sequence.November 27, 2018 at 6:18 pm #134122This reply has been marked as private.November 27, 2018 at 6:27 pm #134124
As you enter http://www.vidanatural.com.pt a popup should pops inviting you for this landing page http://vidanatural.com.pt/wp/go/emagrecer-de-vez-sem-dificuldades/
As you complete the form you are added to “newsletter” and “emagrecer” lead lists.
The automation called “Subscrição da newsletter” triggers when list “17” has a new lead or it have been upadted. I would like that only triggers when a lead is created. But what happens when i import leads?
I will create an admin user for you.November 27, 2018 at 6:31 pm #134125This reply has been marked as private.November 27, 2018 at 6:35 pm #134126
15 minutes ago, again arrived the email “PNSA – Última oportunidade (5 de 5)” for three times to me. I dont know if it is to my customers too.
Tomorrow i will call one of them to check.November 27, 2018 at 6:42 pm #134127
May be it is starting a new sequence each time we convert in a landing page.November 27, 2018 at 6:46 pm #134128
I’ve initialized the automation process on two emails. So far I’ve one email arrived to each address. Tomorrow when the next email sends I’ll update you on my experiences.
So far the first email sent well to both addresses. No duplicates.
I did submit twice to email@example.com though, so that email will see double emails. But I only submitted once to my other email address and so far everything is looking good.

Is it possible she submitted twice? I submitted twice after I received a “nonce” error message given by our form system when I used firstname.lastname@example.org. That put me into the system twice.
Sometimes caching protocols get in the way of our nonce security validation system.
I’d recommend disabling caching for all pages with /go/ or adding this bit of code to your wp-config.php file to disable our nonce system:
define('DISABLE_INBOUND_FORM_NONCE' , true);November 28, 2018 at 5:04 pm #134140
Any place in the wp-config.php file?
But if a lead already is in a sequence, InboundNow should not add it again to the sequence. Anything is wrong.
