I’m having an issue using the file attachments upload field on my form. After the field, there is some code and buttons showing on the form which should not be there. I’ve tried deleting the form and starting over, and I’ve reinstalled the attachments extension several times. I’m using the latest version of inboundnow and the form skins templates. You can see the issue at this page:

This occurs with the form itself and also when I use it with the skin template.

    Screenshot also attached.

I also forgot to mention that the form headline and sub-headline are not showing up on the form with the CTA template even though they are set on the CTA.

Will you try using the form outside of a CTA?

It could be it is not playing well with the CTA. If that’s the case I have a limited response capability right now and you might just have to use it outside of the CTA until I have a moment to schedule a fix.

I just changed it and used the same form but outside the CTA. It works perfectly.
