I’m having trouble when selecting a new landing page, the InboundPro template is not showing up. I’m enclosing a couple of screenshots to show what is happening. Thanks Jeff March 18, 2019 at 4:39 pm #134762 Hudson AtwellKeymaster Hi Jeff, My bbPress attachments plugin is acting up with attachments added to the first post. I’ve an open support request with the developer of the attachments plugin but a solution is taking awhile. Will you re-add them for review? They’ll upload properly as long as it’s not the first post. If you’re going to ‘Add new Landing Page’ and simply no templates are being shown, then there’s probably a JS error due to a conflict with another plugin or the installed WordPress theme. You can get around it by temporarily disabling the problem plugin. Here’s a routine list for identifying a bad plugin: To test for a theme conflict: Activate default Twenty Ten, Eleven, Twelve, or Thirteen theme Check to see if the issue still occurs If the issue does not occur after having activated the default “Twenty” theme, your theme is causing a conflict with the Inbound Now Plugin we are testing. To test for a plugin conflict: Deactivate ALL plugins Activate Inbound Now Plugin we are testing. Check to see if the issue occurs If the issue does not occur, one (or more) of your plugins is causing a conflict with the Inbound Now Plugin of topic. To determine which plugin(s) is causing the conflict, follow these steps: Activate each plugin one by one Check to see if the issue occurs after each plugin is activated Author Posts Viewing 2 posts - 1 through 2 (of 2 total) The topic ‘[Landing Pages] Adding a landing page’ is closed to new replies.
