By the way, teh Pro API key never worked for me. I should have cancelled a year ago. It renewed automatically on October 27th and I cancelled it right away but I don’t see teh refund. Canceling the subscription would terminate the period payments but the access still remains assuming the user wants to continue using the product for the time they have remaining. Some servers experience problems and nearly 2 years later they’re still a mystery. All I have been able to do is refund and wonder where the snag is without being able to find it.
