I unplugged every other plugin. I changed the theme. I called GoDaddy and their customer service rep isn’t technical to understand the error logs. Any Ideas how to resolve this issue? Try resaving your permalinks to see if it fixes it. If that doesn’t fix it, could you find access to your PHP error logs and upload them here for review? Sometimes enabling WP_DEBUG will print the errors on the screen instead of showing a blank white screen. If that’s the case you could copy/paste the errors that show when you access the landing page. More information on WP_DEBUG and where to go to temporarily enable it: http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG March 18, 2019 at 7:46 pm #134764 Hudson AtwellKeymaster Also, through another ticket I discovered a bug that could be causing the 500 error. Please update Inbound PRO to 126.96.36.199.7. Author Posts Viewing 3 posts - 1 through 3 (of 3 total) The topic ‘[Landing Pages] 500 Error on Godaddy’ is closed to new replies.
